Welcome! I am Hendrik, your internationally acclaimed leadership and communications coach.
About Me
During my two decades in the business, I´ve had many roles: I led soldiers in the deserts of Kandahar and succeeded as a public affairs officer in the sensitive field of external communications for the Department of Defense.
While working for NRW´s premiere employer association, I operated on the highest level of discretion during negotiations with Unions. At the same time, I provided customized learning and development experiences for the association´s diverse member companies.
With Master degrees in adult education and communications, I learned my profession from scratch. This sound academic background and my continuous learning are the very foundation for my successful decade as a trainer, coach and guest lecturer at a university of applied science.

Leadership Coaching

As a coach, my purpose is to support: Whether it is as sparring partner, consultant, behavioral observer or simply to listen with an open mind. It translates to “poets are born, speakers are made.” I believe to my core that becoming a superb communicator is something you can learn!
